If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to assist with a streamlined exchange or refund process.
Request an RMA
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Securely
Place the item in its original packaging and ensure it is securely padded to prevent damage to the cells or casing during transit.
Ship to MTO
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our York, PA facility using a carrier that provides tracking.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the battery for compliance; approved returns will be processed for a refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
